Your data lives in Firestore, not on this device. A nightly server-side export (scheduledFirestoreBackup, 02:00 IST) plus the weekly prune are part of the Cloud Functions in functions/backup.js. Device-level backup/restore stays in the Android app.

How activation works

Pick a plan above and pay the amount.
Take a screenshot of the payment.
Press the plan's WhatsApp button — the message already carries your institute name and id, so nothing has to be typed.
The admin switches your institute on. This page then shows Pro active — press Refresh status if you are already looking at it.

Help & setup guide

Create the institute in the TM Online Android app (it reserves your mobile number — one institute per number).
Add batches and students. Give every batch a default fee greater than 0, otherwise no fee period is generated.
On the Fees tab press Generate fees — periods appear up to today's date, never in the future.
Collect a fee, mark attendance, add expenses — everything streams to the phone within seconds.
Staff and student logins are created automatically from the Employee and Student masters.
